
TERMS & CONDITIONS
FEES
The course fees cover professional tuition, use of the studio and equipment, and all materials needed to complete your project. Some tutors may have additional materials or tools available for you to buy for use on your workshop or to take away and continue crafting at home, this will normally be outlined in your course description.
All workshop prices includes a 20% non-refundable deposit.
PAYMENT
You may pay by credit or debit card online via our secure checkout. We cannot accept cash payments or cheques as payment for workshops.
Classes must be paid for in full up front, your place is not guaranteed until payment has cleared.
CANCELLATIONS
Central Scotland School of Craft reserves the right to cancel courses or substitute tutors if the circumstances dictate. If we cancel your course you will be offered an alternative course or a full refund of your deposit and fees. If you cancel more than three weeks before the start of the course, your fees will be refunded minus a 20% non-refundable deposit. If you cancel your place less than three weeks before the start of the course, your fees will not normally be refundable. Non-attendance of the course due to illness or personal circumstances does not provide the right to a refund or credit.
CSSC accepts no responsibility for accommodation or travel costs incurred through cancelled workshops. Travel and accomodation are booked at the participants own risk, please be aware that in the current climate courses may need to be cancelled at short notice. Please make sure you have adequate travel insurance cover in place and check the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider.
STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES
We welcome students with disabilities however class activities do require a degree of co-ordination, physical effort and good eyesight. We are very happy to arrange a visit or phonecall to ascertain any additional access or support requirements prior to booking. Please contact us if you have any questions.
PARKING
Parking is available only to those with mobility issues. There is ample parking nearby adjacent to the cemetery or at the bottom of Braeport. We are situated in a residential area and so it is important that we have respect and consideration for our neighbours. We appreciate your co-operation in not obstructing the road outside of the school as any complaints regarding improperly parked vehicles could jeapordise the future of our business.
