From our studio on Dunblane High Street we host craft workshops in a diverse range of creative disciplines from willow basketry and bookbinding to embroidery, printmaking and traditional and contemporary Scottish crafts. We work with the county’s top craft professionals and tutors, attracting visitors not just from across the UK, but from around the world.

The Scottish Craft School is a specialist craft experience provider in the picturesque city of Dunblane. We offer artisan classes ranging from one day workshops to week-long courses, for everyone from complete beginners to established professional makers. ‘A list’ crafters from all over the country are lined up to deliver a range of craft classes with a focus on heritage and sustainable crafts, and skilled hand-making.

Our bright and spacious studio on Dunblane High Street is the perfect setting for the creative community to come together and learn. Dunblane is ideally situated to be reached from all of Scotland whether by road or public transport. It’s the perfect destination for a day out or a longer  craft holiday!

Our friendly and welcoming gallery and reception desk are open six days a week so you can pop in to find out more about our workshops, get to know the space, or make a booking.
