WORDPRESS PRIVACY
Our store is hosted on WordPress. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through WordPress’ data storage, databases and the general WordPress application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall and adhere to GDPR legislation. For more insight, you may also want to read WordPress’ Terms of Service and Privacy Statement at wordpress.org/about/privacy
PAYMENT
When you use a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, WordPress stores your credit card data. Payments on our site are processed using Stripe a secure and trusted online payment gateway. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. For more insight, you may also want to read Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.
SECURITY
We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal details. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.
